Attached please find questions and answers (Q and A’s) on the performance measures for the high performance bonuses. Please note that these Q and A’s pertain to the performance measures for fiscal year (FY) 2003 only. Please share these with your State agencies as soon as possible.

Please advise your State agencies that as we begin working on the performance measures for FY 04 and for the proposed and final rules, we welcome and encourage their comments and suggestions.
