benefits is optional and about 15 percent of the smallest of
Ohio’s 88 counties do not stagger.
For counties that do stagger, benefits are made available
based on the last digit of the client’s case number.
Information on benefits not yet made available to recipients
is also available by calling 1-866-386-3071, or by obtaining an
issuance schedule from the local county office.
