SNAP Monthly Benefit Issuance Schedule
 

ILLINOIS Benefits are made available on the 1st, 3rd, 4th, 7th, 8th, 10th, 11th, 14th, 17th, 19th, 21st, and 23rd of every month, based on a combination of the type of case and the case name. Recipients may obtain information about eligibility and benefit availability by calling the DHS Help Line at 1-800-843-6154.

The dates on which SNAP benefits will be loaded unto customer LINK cards (or EBT) will begin to transition in July 2013 with a new schedule being fully implemented in August 2013. Households that are receiving their benefits after the 11th of the month will receive half of their regular benefit amount on their newly scheduled day. In August and after, SNAP households will get their full benefits on their newly scheduled day (1st through 10th of each month).
