Fifty States, the District of Columbia, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam and Puerto Rico* have on-line SNAP EBT systems.

State	RFP Issue Date	Status
Georgia		Released RFP. Proposals due no later than Sept. 8, 2011 at 5 pm. Web link to RFP: http://ssl.doas.state.ga.us/PRSapp/ PublicBidNotice?bid_op=124270042700- DHS0000122. Vendors have to register to view RFP.
Michigan		Contract expires May 2011, with two 1-year options. Working on RFP
Montana		Contract expires June 2011, with three 1-year options.
New York	January 10, 2012	Released RFP for EBT and Medicaid Card Production Services, known as the Common Benefit Identification Card. Proposals due no later than March 19, 2012 at 12 p.m. local time. Web link to RFP: http://otda.ny.gov/contracts/2012/CBIC/
Northeast Coalition of States (Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, Rhode Island and Vermont)		Contracts expire between July 31, 2012 and August 21, 2014 – All but MA have two 1-year extension options. Working on RFP with goal to release by June 2012.
