Exhibits

Eric Bost, Under Secretary, Food and Nutrition Consumer Services (FNCS), opened the conference by hosting the ribbon-cutting ceremony at the entrance to the exhibit hall. He was assisted by Kate Coler, Deputy Under Secretary, FNCS, and their friend Power Panther.

The 2005 conference featured over 60 exhibitors including 20 nutrition education companies and associations, 28 State and local agency table-top exhibits from all across the United States, and 14 USDA exhibitors.
