California May 4, 2007 Selected ACS. Conversion is planned for Fall 2009.
 
Colorado

District of  Columbia   Contract expires Sept. 1, 2009.  Working on two 1-year extensions.

Kansas Feb. 28, 2013 Extended contract with J.P. Morgan EFS.
 
Kentucky Aug. 1, 2014 Re-selected J.P. Morgan EFS.  The five-year contract may be renewed at the completion of the Initial Contract period for five additional 1-year periods.
 
Louisiana   Selected ACS. Conversion is planned for Summer 2010.
 
Maine
 		 Sept. 18, 2009 Contract expires April 2010. Re-selected ACS - negotiating new contract.
