Welcome to The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP) web site! TEFAP is a Federal program that helps supplement the diets of low-income needy persons, including elderly people, by providing them with emergency food and nutrition assistance.

Session Description: This webinar session is designed to provide an introduction to the Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP) from the perspective of food banks, food pantries, and soup kitchens.  It will help organizations that provide food assistance to needy families to decipher many of the basic program requirements.  It is perfect for the new TEFAP operator and seasoned TEFAP agencies alike!

Participation:  The session will be available via Microsoft Office LiveMeeting (Webinar) and is free for all participants.  You will need access to a phone line and a computer with internet access for this webinar.  To participate, please complete the online registration.  Further information will be forthcoming to registered participants.  You must register to receive additional information. Connection instructions will be sent prior to the session to the email address you provide in the registration.
