Get an energy boost with this tasty sandwich!

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of whole wheat bread
  • 2 slices of American processed cheese
  • 1 slice fresh tomato

Toast the bread lightly. Top one slice of bread with 1 slice of cheese, 1 slice of tomato, and another slice of cheese.

Cover with the other slice of bread.

Pop in the microwave until cheese melts (about 15 seconds). Allow sandwich to cool.

Serve with a glass of milk and a piece of fruit.
