FNS and CNPP ADR Policy

ADR policy for the Food and Nutrition Service (FNS) and the Center for Nutrition Policy and Promotion (CNPP).

Make ADR available as an alternative means of resolving employment and program disputes, during pre-complaint and or formal complaint processes, amicably and fairly.

Encourages FNS employees and customers to utilize the ADR program for the timely and effective resolution of complaints, disputes and other work-related program disputes, as soon as issues arise.
Develop and support a pool of neutrals to assist parties in participating in alternative methods for resolving disputes.
Ensure fairness, neutrality, and confidentiality in administration of the ADR program.
