NSLP Verification Reporting Requirements Documents

These documents notify State Agencies of reporting requirements under the NSLP Verification Reporting Requirements rule, which was published on Sept. 11, 2003. The package consists of a cover letter with a basic explanation of the reporting requirements, the OMB approved form and instructions, a listing of the edit requirements which will be built into the software, and two prototype optional forms which illustrate how the information needed to compile the data report could be gathered at the SFA level.
