Uniform Administrative Requirements for State, Local and Non-Profit Organizations

The administrative regulations for State, local, and non-profit organizations are published in 7 CFR 3016 and 7 CFR 3019.
 

	State and local governments will need to be familiar with the Uniform Administrative Requirements for Grants and Cooperative Agreements to State and Local Governments published in 7 CFR 3016.
	Non-profit organizations will need to be familiar with the Uniform Administrative Requirements for Grants and Agreements with Institutions of Higher Education, Hospitals, and other Non-profit Organizations published in 7 CFR 3019.
