WASHINGTON, Aug. 13, 1999 Agriculture Secretary Dan Glickman will join Baltimore Mayor Kurt Schmoke and Maryland Secretary of Human Resources
Linda Fox at the Penn North food stamp office in Baltimore at 10:30 a.m.. on Tuesday, August 17, to unveil a nationwide education campaign targeting
individuals and families who are eligible for, but not receiving, food stamps.
