Fruit & Vegetable Challenge Packet
 The Fruit & Vegetable Challenge is a classroom activity that encourages students to try healthy
fruits and vegetables. Students identify various fruits and vegetables served in the cafeteria, count and record the numbers of fruits and vegetables they eat each day, total the number the class consumes, and compare their personal progress with that of their class. The kit includes instructions for the Challenge and a classroom wall poster to chart results.
