available from the 1st to the 4th of every month, based on the first
letter of the client’s last name:
First Letter of the Last Name is: A - D = benefits available on the 1st
First Letter of the Last Name is: E - K = benefits available on the 2nd
First Letter of the Last Name is: L - R = benefits available on the 3rd
First Letter of the Last Name is: S - Z = benefits available on the 4th
